What the badge still unlocks

General and most premium passes centered on the November 2–3 halls and are closed for new registration. Startup inventory may still appear for eligible young companies. The Shenzhen Immersive Executive Tour never included HKCEC access—holders who bought only the tour were never entitled to the Wan Chai floors.

Shenzhen is a separate border day

Thursday’s tour opens with a half-day conference, then host-company visits across the Greater Bay Area into Friday. Coach transfers from Hong Kong do not replace Mainland entry rules. Keep passport control time on the calendar the way you would a flight connection.

Community events fill Friday, not another expo hall

Hundreds of side events run across Hong Kong and the GBA through November 6. Treat them as RSVP-driven meetups, not a third exhibition day you can walk without a plan. If nothing on the community calendar is booked, check out rather than inventing a fifth Wan Chai night.
