Buy the pass for the halls you will use

General, Startup, Investor, and Executive passes all center on two-day HKCEC access. Startup eligibility is published on the ticket page (company age, revenue, and headcount caps). The Immersive Executive Tour is sold separately and explicitly excludes the November 2–3 main conference—do not assume one purchase covers both.

Base the trip on Wan Chai door time

Two forum-heavy days punish a far Kowloon hotel. Wan Chai or Admiralty keeps morning check-in sane. Keep Tuesday–Wednesday as the non-negotiable core, then decide whether Thursday’s Shenzhen or GBA programming earns another night.

The week is longer than the halls

November 2–6 is the published festival window, not five identical exhibition days. If your meetings are only at HKCEC, three to four nights is enough. Recheck fintechweek.hk for stage schedules and pass inclusions closer to November.
