Public admission is JPY1,200 in advance or JPY1,500 at the door. Travel professionals and media need separate registration for September 24–25. Buyer registration can include pre-arranged meetings with exhibitors; a walk-in trade badge does not guarantee an appointment.
The program combines destination and transport displays with seminars, Japan Tourism Awards, and themed areas for cruise, adventure, wellness and gastronomy travel. A concurrent Travel Solutions Exhibition serves industry visitors. Check the live floor map and booth-event search before arrival because stage times, seminar capacity and exhibitor details can move.
Stay close or keep central Tokyo evenings
Ariake is the efficient choice for early meetings and repeated hall visits. Toyosu and Odaiba stay near the waterfront. Shimbashi or Shiodome trades a longer commute for a direct Yurikamome ride and a fuller choice of restaurants after the show; Osaki and Oimachi connect by the Rinkai Line.
Tokyo Big Sight Station is about three minutes from the venue, while Kokusai-tenjijo is about seven. Both routes are accessible. Big Sight lends manual wheelchairs free from 09:00 to 18:00 without reservations, subject to availability. Escalator work at Kokusai-tenjijo is scheduled during the expo, so use elevators and expect narrower passages.
Look for the Pacific connections
The previous edition brought 1,350 organizations from 82 countries and regions and arranged more than 6,000 business meetings. For 2026, use the current exhibitor list to find airlines, tourism boards and destinations relevant to a Pacific itinerary. Past participation is useful context, but it does not confirm that any organization has returned.
