Registration is free and mandatory. Use the Osaka show register URL, not a Tokyo edition link. Under-18 visitors are blocked at registration. Bring the confirmation email subject line RX cites after signup.

Stay for Nanko mornings

Three nights usually covers two hall days and a buffer meeting. Cosmosquare lodging beats a clever Umeda transfer when rain and badge lines stack up. If you only need one energy category, still pre-mark the pavilion on the live map so you are not crossing the full INTEX campus between every appointment.

Do not confuse the IT halls across the campus

Japan IT Week / Japan DX & AX Week Osaka runs the same November 18–20 dates at INTEX with its own free registration. An energy shortlist and an IT shortlist need two registrations if you walk both. Label calendar blocks by pavilion so drivers and colleagues show up at the right entrance.
