Conference programming splits across the Knowledge Theatre, MICE Show Asia Theatre, and Travel Tech Asia Theatre, with sessions on digital tools, responsible tourism, business travel, hospitality, and event tech. Grab the live agenda and circle a handful of rooms; the stage board is denser than a single person can cover.

Singapore has hosted the show since 2008. The 2025 edition, per the organizer, drew more than 18,000 attendees and 1,500 exhibitors—enough scale that badge lines and lunch queues are part of the plan. If you only need destination meetings, ignore Travel Tech Asia entirely and protect the booth hours instead.

Buy the pass that matches your day

The halls are for trade and business visitors, not the general public. Buyer and media applications need approval. If you mostly need booth meetings, a trade visitor pass is enough; if the stages are why you flew, buy the conference delegate product and check what it includes at checkout rather than trusting an old early-bird screenshot.

Children under 18 are not admitted. That rule sounds obvious until someone tries to bring a teenager as a “junior colleague.” GST and card fees still appear at payment—budget the checkout total, not the headline early-bird number from a screenshot.

Stay on Bayfront if mornings matter

Exhibition hours run 09:30–18:00 Wednesday through Friday. Conference blocks start at 09:00 on Wednesday and 10:00–17:00 Thursday–Friday. Bayfront MRT drops you into the complex; Bugis and Chinatown work if you want cheaper rooms and a Downtown Line hop.

October storms are common—use the indoor mall links when the sky opens. If your calendar is packed with buyer meetings, a Bayfront room buys you the only buffer that actually matters: ten extra minutes before the first appointment.
