General exhibits fill Halls 4–8. X (Transformation) Park sits across Halls 4–6; Next Generation Park anchors Hall 4 for startups and research; Global Park spans Halls 4–5. Conference programming uses the International Conference Hall. Use the live exhibitor list once you land.

Base the trip on Chiba door time

Kaihin-Makuhari hotels trade nightlife for reliable 9:30 a.m. arrivals. A three-night stay usually covers two intensive hall days and one buffer for jet lag or Tokyo side meetings. Recheck co-located Makuhari programming closer to show week.
