The trip pays off when you need face time with customers, partners, or product teams that are hard to assemble on a video call. Treat keynotes as orientation, then protect calendar blocks for smaller rooms and hallway conversations. If your goal is purely broadcast content, Salesforce+ may cover enough without the airfare.
