Pick visitor or buyer before you land

Overseas general visitors should finish Visitors pre-registration by October 17 when possible. Buyers who need matching visibility should use the Buyer form and wait for approval. Either path can be free; they are not interchangeable at the wrong desk. Re-issue happens daily.

Do not confuse the next COEX food week

Seoul International Cafe Show returns to COEX on November 11–14, already listed separately on this site. Food Week’s free overseas path does not carry forward. If your trip is only Food Week, three nights is enough for two hall days.

Walk COEX with a category shortlist

Exhibits span processed and fresh foods, beverages, HORECA equipment, and food technology. Decide your lane before trying to cover Halls A–C plus The Platz in one pass. Skip any plan that depends on a visa invitation letter—the FAQ states the organizer does not issue them.
